Policies & Notices
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns and exchanges. If you receive an item not in the condition advertised, please send photos by email to mickey@twindragonscollections.com. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt.
In-Stock & Pre-Order Shipping
If one transaction includes a pre-order item, all items ship once the last pre-order item becomes available. To receive an in-stock item immediately, please make separate transactions.
Cancellations
Any orders cancelled after 2 business days incur a 30% cancellation fee. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to change your order.
Statue Orders & Damage Policy
Our statues are either crafted in-house or sourced from a trusted 3rd party — sourced pieces can take some time to arrive. They are made of high-quality materials and described in full in each listing. When your item ships, please record a video of yourself opening the package to confirm it arrived in perfect condition. If there is any damage, include it in the video and reach out — we will do our very best to replace the damaged part or provide a full replacement.
